Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Business days do not include weekends or public holidays. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.

Why delivery takes a bit longer than you might be used to

Arashi is made from persimmon leaf extract sourced directly from a single harvest in Osaka, Japan. Our supply chain is shorter than most — from the trees to extraction to your door — but it doesn't run through the same mass-distribution warehouses that ship generic supplements overnight.

We're actively working on getting delivery times down without compromising the source. For now, the same thing that makes Arashi different from everything else on the market is the same thing that adds a few extra days to shipping.

It's worth the wait.

Order Tracking

Every order includes tracking. If your tracking hasn't updated in more than 7 business days after shipment, email us and we'll look into it immediately.

Damaged or Lost Orders

If your order arrives damaged or doesn't arrive at all, email us at tryarashi@gmail.com. We'll send a replacement at no cost. No back and forth.
