Our 60-Day Guarantee
We stand behind Arashi. If you don't notice a difference within 60 days, we'll give you your money back. Simple as that.
How it works:
You have 60 days from the date of delivery to try Arashi. If you're not satisfied for any reason, send us one email. We'll process your refund in full — including shipping. No forms. No return shipping. No questions asked.
To request a refund:
Email us at tryarashi@gmail.com with your order number. That's it. We'll confirm your refund within 2 business days. Refunds are returned to your original payment method and typically appear within 5-10 business days depending on your bank.
A few things to know:
- The 60-day window starts from the date your order is delivered, not the date you placed it.
- One refund per customer per order.
- You don't need to send the product back.
- Refunds apply to your first order. Subscription reorders are eligible for cancellation at any time but are not covered under the 60-day guarantee.
Damaged or incorrect orders:
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, email us at tryarashi@gmail.com and we'll send a replacement right away at no cost.
